MGU Motor rotation is restricted

The engine decompression mechanism is abnormal (sometimes it can start and sometimes it cannot start), non-stock flywheel is replaced, the flywheel is aged or subjected to magnetic weakening treatment, the coil is replaced with a non-stock one or it is aging.

Step 1. Check if the engine decompression mechanism is abnormal, if not,
Step 2. Replace the stock flywheel, confirm if it is eliminated, if not,
Step 3. Replace the motor coil, confirm if it is eliminated, if not,
Step 4. Replace the MGU or use a test fixture (ATE) to test if the MGU is normal
